Balsamic Glazed Carrots
Not a huge fan, and I LOVE glazed carrots and basalmic. I guess I just don't like them together.

Tater Tot Casserole II
I am constantly trying meatless versions of my favorite foods so I can introduce them to my vegetarian girlfriend. Well, she absolutely LOVES this recipe! I thoroughly enjoyed it as well, but it's just not the same without the ground beef! It is a very good compromise, though.
