Olive Salad for Muffalettas
This is my mother's recipe. Only the best! This salad is very filling, but you never feel that weighted down, bloated feeling.

Kentucky Banana Pudding
Dessert couldn't get any better! I brought the leftovers to work and by the time the second shift people came there wasn't any left!

Southwestern Chicken Salad
This recipe was okay. I prefer to have it warm in a tortilla. While it wasn't a big hit with me, my family loved it!
