Quinoa Porridge
Made in a ricecooker, with slightly less liquid (only 1 1/2 cups total). Used soy milk instead of almond milk, and 1 1/2 tbsps agave nectar instead of the brown sugar. Turned out perfect. Exactly like the porridge served on the Inca Trail in Peru. Great alternative to porridge oats.

Edamame Dumplings
Very good try. Buddakan is the restaurant. The ACTUAL recipe is the following for the dumpling ingredients:• 3 cups edamame • 1/2 pound butter • 1/2 cup cream • 1/2 cup truffle oil • Cooking liquid as needed • Salt And is set in a broth with the following: • 16 ounces shallots, thin sliced • 3 cups sauterne wine • 1 cup chicken stock • Pinch of thyme • Salt and pepper as needed • Onion spouts DELICIOUS!

World's Best Lasagna
I've been using this recipe for years with only a few minor changes: -substitute Ground Turkey for Ground beef -substitute sweet italian chicken sausage for pork sausage - Leave out salt - Substitute red wine for water - use no-boil pasta noodles - cook sauce for 12-24 hours in a slow cooker - add 1lb provolone to cheese layers - use FRESH buffalo mozzarella - Do a high intensity workout 3-4 hours after consuming. You will consume way more of this dish than you should. It's delicious!
