Juicy Roasted Chicken
Very tasty. I added different seasonings to the chicken because I like spicy foods so it was kicked up a notch. Other than that I followed the recipe exactly. Very moist, very yummy!!

Chantal's New York Cheesecake
This was my first cheesecake. I made it as one of the two cheesecakes I made for Christmas 2008. It cracked and I over cooked it so the crust was a little burned because I didn't hear the timer but guess what..... NO ONE COMPLAINED. They ate it up and loved it! Now once I cook it and pay attention to the timer I'm sure it will still be the best basic recipe for a cheesecake! Thanks a lot!

Banana Cheesecake with Caramel Sauce
Wow I cooked this cheesecake for Christmas and it was GONE! Everyone loved it including me and I'm pretty picky with my desserts. I will be making this again really soon. I make it in a disposable Christmas foil baking pan and it mmm mmm good. Thank you for the recipe.
