Wow, even a newbee like me could make tasty chili. My husband and daugter always complain my chili is too bland, so they were ready to get the chili powder and pepper out, well, I told them to try it before they sprinkled anything on it, no one used any spices. What I did was use a 3/4 package of "hot chili spices" the kind that's pre-made from the store. You won't regret using this. We put a slice of american cheese in it right before we ate it in our bowl.

This is a really great recipe, I am by no means an expert baker, but I followed the recipe and it was wonderful. Just remember to wet your fork and dip it in sugar, otherwise it will stick to the cookies.
