My favorite things to cook
I love to bake!! Cakes, cookies, bread... anything. I also love to cook just about anything. I like a challenge... I read recipes in my spare time... an obsession really :) I get alot of satisfaction by cooking for company rather then myself.
My cooking triumphs
I have to say that whenever I cook or bake anything that anyone enjoys, I consider that a triumph. As long as my food pleases someone... Im happy!!!

Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies
I have to say I was a little hesitant to make this recipe b/c of the lack of ingredients... but they were wonderful. I was in a pinch to fill a tray of Xmas cookies and was lookin for something simple... and this was it. I did add a tablespoon or so of brown sugar and added some 1/4-1/2 cup of flour. They turned out awesome! Thank you!
