Egg Salad I
Great recipe if you don't like too much mayo. I didn't have dill weed or onions on hand, so I improvised and added some sweet relish. Tasted great.

Artichoke Dip I
Great recipe! Based on other reviews, I used artichoke hearts in water rather than oil and chopped them up in a food processor. I also added a can of green chilies for a little kick. Since I added the chilies, I cut down the amount of garlic my second time making it to about 3/4 tsp and thought it had a good balance. Got tons of compliments and requests for the recipe.

Hamburger, Potato, and Kidney Bean Casserole
Yummy and even better the second and third day! Like other reviewers, I like a little spice. I added chili powder, garlic powder and cayene pepper to the hamburg and onion mixture and then used two cans of tomato soup. I will be making this again.
