Chantal's New York Cheesecake
This long island girl LOVED this cheesecake! I made this exactly as directed in a 10in springform pan and it came out PERFECT. No crack, perfectly white and thick but still creamy. My whole NY family loved it.

Jo's Rosemary Bread
Amazing! Brushed with olive oil and kosher salt. A little time consuming without a bread machine but totally worth it!

Salisbury Steak
I wanted this to be good but despite following the recipe to a T this was just a big heap of mushy ground beef :(
