I'm in my late twenties starting a catering business hoping to flourish into a Sould Food Resturaunt. Living in NJ but most of my business is in Queens. I love too cook soul food, it's my specialty... lately I have been trying out new desert recipies so ideas are welcome. My dad has a catering business and a resturaunt in MD and one of your traditions is cooking together, I have leared so much from him and 2 of my grandfathers were Chefs by profession as well so I guess you could say I come from a cooking family tree ;o) I tried to make a carrot cake from a recipie I got here and it was a disaster, the cake baked over the pan size and dripped all over my oven. That was a mess!
