Baked Pork Chops II

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2009
Fantastic! I did not change a thing, except instead of 2 tbsp. dark brown sugar, I used molasses. It turned out wonderful! I might even try this with a pork loin :)

Oven Roasted Red Potatoes and Asparagus

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2009
I did not like asparagus until I tried this dish... I made the full amount of servings and it wasn't enough for the two of us, we kept wanting more! I used coarse sea salt, fresh rosemary, and dried thyme and when I took the foil off for the last 10 minutes, I sprinkled the top with shredded parmesan. Marvelous!

Chicken Scarpariello

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2008
This receipe was fantastic... I was surprised at how much flavor there was with the few ingredients used. The only thing I changed was after I added the chicken back in, I added in 1/2 heavy cream to thicken the sauce and make it a little creamier. Fantastic, I served it with angel hair pasta and a nice pinot gris.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2008
Absolutely wonderful! We used apple cider vinager instead of white, and didn't use sugar. It was amazing! We also baked it in the oven, as suggested in a previous review, with all of the marinade. The baking thickened up the marinade, making it a wonderful rice topping. This recipe is definitely a favorite.

Tasty Green Beans

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2008
By far the absolute best green bean recipe I have ever prepared. We used olive oil instead of butter and used canned green beans to reduce the cooking time. Fantastic!
