These were really tasty and moist. I only adjusted the recipe by adding about a teaspoon of vanilla and about 1/2 cup more peaches. My girlfriends and family loved them and they were even delicious the next day. FYI- The recipe made 24 muffins and there was only 1 left the next day. :)

This recipe is a bit weird. I'm not sure if it is written wrong or if I just don't get it. The filling is put on top and just sort of soaks in. The chocolate chips from the filling were resting on top after baking so I didn't feel the need to put on the icing. The flavor was good and the brownies were very moist. There was not very much mocha flavor, I'm sure the mocha flavor would have been stronger if I had used the icing, but I didn't want all the added sweetness of even more chocolate chips on top. I'm not sure if I will make it again or look for another recipe.

This dinner was okay, but lacked pizazz. If I make it again I will add some extra spices while cooking and thicken up the juices to make more of a gravy before serving over the rice.
