Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies
The best brownie recipe out there! Dense, fudgy, sweet. Everything a brownie should be. If you like your brownies cakey look else where. ***Made this recipe a second time...I halfed the recipe...works great in an 8x8 pan.

Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle
This is a great recipe! And very easy! I had to adjust the cooking time a little and I used mixed nuts rather than peanuts. I'll definitely make this again!

Salad Dressing Cupcakes
These were great! I used full fat mayo rather than 'salad dressing' and they turned out great! I topped them with a chocolate fudge frosting.
