Breakfast Rounds
This is a great, easy recipe. It goes great with coffee and is filling too. I microwaved the apples for 30 seconds to soften them.

Harvest Potato Casserole
We skipped the cool-down and gring phases and served this as chopped potatos. Tasted fine. Could also add dill.

Danish Pastry Apple Bars
I make these as cupcakes. Sometimes I use cherrys and blueberries in place of apples and omit cinnamon, nutmeg, etc. They come out a little sloppy but still taste great.
