I used the tips from other cooks and lessened the oil to 3/4c, 1/2 tbsn cinnamon and used thicker slices of strawberries. I don't recommend the thicker slices as I found that they settled somewhat and made a layer that kinda split the bread in half when I tried to remove it from the pan. Diced strawberries would probably be the best way to go. Even though my loaves were split with strawberries, this recipe is yummy! Mix some cream cheese with marshmallow cream and you have a truly yummy spread to match this bread (on a more dessert level). =) So yummy!!!!
