Shredded Brussels Sprouts
The flavor of the recipe was very good. Unfortunately, I used my food processor and it turned the Brussel sprouts to mush. I will quarter them by hand the next time.

Coconut Poke Cake
Using the handle end of a wooden spoon perforates the cake better. This cake is incredible for days!
