Deeeeelicous! Very tender. I didn't add the onion mix, but seasoned the meat the night before with my own seasonings and let it sit in the fridge. I browned the meat before I added to crock pot and coated with flour, per others' suggestions. Added potatoes and carrots, served with rice and oven roasted squash and zucchini. Loved it!

Barbecued Shrimp

This was a good recipe. Much quicker than the one I was using from Emeril. The only thing I will do different is only cook the shrimp in the oven and not on the stove too. Shrimp cooks too fast and came out overcooked for me.

West Indian Curried Chicken

Very easy to make. I used regular curry, rather then Jamaican curry. I also add some jerk seasoning and cayenne pepper for a bit of a kick! Ummm Ummm, good ;)
