There should be more stars to rate this recipe! Out-of-this-world! I doubled the recipe and served with store-bought pita chips.

I didn't have time to run to the store to purchase a can of frosting, but had all the ingredients for this recipe. It was awesome! My 8 year old LOVED her birthday cake! I added red food coloring and mixed in sprinkles to add to the sweetness for the birthday girl! Good tip - refrigerator before spreading.
