Fudgy Cream Cheese Tunnel Cake
I only baked the cake for 40 minutes and the cake part is very, very dry. Had I baked for the full recommended time, the cake would have been no good at all. Maybe it's just me, but something about this recipe is off.
I did however take the advice of others here and added an egg to the cream cheese mixture, that turned out great! But I don't think I will bother to make this again.
