Portuguese Custard Tarts - Pasteis de Nata
I would have given 5 stars but the recipe did not give the temperature for cooking the custard. Also didn't say to remove the custard from the heat after you cook it for 5 minutes. The custard will burn quickly after the 5 minutes. Great tasking custard tart. Made it twice already. To save time I used the packaged frozen tart shells.

Restaurant-Style Coleslaw I
Perfect sweet creamy coleslaw. It tastes best after it sits for 1 hour in fridge. I noticed the next day the leftover coleslaw had to be drained it was watery. I have made this coleslaw three days in a row and I still love it. The recipe is so easy and can be adjusted to suite eveyone's taste.Less sugar or 2% milk it doesn't matter it still tastes great.

English Butter Tarts
tastes great. This was a very easy recipe to follow. I cooked them for exactly 12 minutes. I used Crisco golden shortening which to me looks like butter. The tart shells were 3 inches not 2 inches. Only sold 3 inch shells at the store. The tarts were a little runny.
