Stuffed Shells I

This was great both times I fixed it. My large Family loved it and have requested it for Mothers Day dinner. The bag trick for stuffing worked great too.

Golden Rum Cake

I had never baked a cake before and this cake made me look like a pro. Everyone loved it. I myself could not believe how moist and delicious this came out. Followed the recipe word for word even doing the glaze trick. I would not use anything other that Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum for this. Just terrific!

Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

This was very good. I have to agree with other reviewers that this was salty. My DW never noticed. Low sodium soups next time. I used one can cream of chicken and one can of cream of mushroom. I also used 1 lbs of ground beef and adjusted the breadcrumbs, soup mix and milk since there are just 2 of us. The gravy is very good with mashed potatoes.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This is too easy to be this good. I really enjoyed this. I used beef broth instead of water. This is a keeper.

Amish Breakfast Casserole

I made this two times and both were delicious! I was so glad to find a breakfast recipe that does not use bread. I used bacon the first time and I wish I would have fried the bacon in strips and then crumbled it. The second time I used sausage and not so much swiss and my company at Christmas loved it. Warms up the next day wonderfully. This is a new breakfast tradition at my house.
