Panzanella
We made a few changes over the course of making this salad several times... add a bit of basalmic vinegar to the veggies. I usually only use the peppers if I have them on hand, as this salad was perfect for our garden abundance this summer (basil, tomatoes, cucumbers!)

Sausage Barley Soup
My favorite soup ever! I've made this several times and have adjusted it to my particular tastes by adding an extra carrot (or 2), extra chicken broth, adding a tablespoon of crushed red pepper, and substituting ground turkey. Healthy, hearty, and delicious. And makes great leftovers!
