Flip Flop Grilled Chicken

The most moist chicken I have ever grilled! I used olive oil instead of butter and marinated for 4 hours and skipped the peppers. My son never eats grilled chicken and asked for seconds!

Gumbo Style Chicken Creole

Super good! We used a Oat flour because my daughter is allergic to wheat. Added quite a bit of chicken stock to moisten the recipe.

Quaker® Oats Oatmeal Scotchies

We LOVED them! We had to substitute the flour with Oat Flour because my daughter is allergic to wheat. No one noticed! That would be a great receipe on the wheat-free menu!

We enjoyed this one. I did add in mushrooms and onion and also increased the amount of cream cheese while adding in more broth. We served it over egg noodles with peas. Next time I will try adding artichokes.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

This was fabulous. I am not a stew meat eater, but this recipe made it tender enough for me. I did not have time to let it simmer all day, so I put it on the stove top on low heat for a few hours. I also added mushrooms and used bite sized stew meat. My husband even liked it!!!

Spinach and Mushroom Enchiladas

I enjoyed this receipe and liked the tip about the corn tortillas in oil. It made them soft enough to roll up. I would use a little more cheese on the inside of the enchilada. I just like lots of cheese.

Golden Potato Soup

Great receipe. We had to increase the liquid by half, and we used Velvetta Cheese. The consistancy was fine. I also added some basil for a little extra flavor. It was a perfect sized meal for our family, but next time we will double the receipe so that we can have leftovers.

Italian Style Meatloaf I

This is a good receipe. We cut the herbs in half. We had to cook it a little longer than stated, and it was very moist. My husband raved over this recipe and my children ate it up.

Crispy Cucumbers and Tomatoes in Dill Dressing

Great salad. I added a little garlic since we are garlic lovers around here. We also prefer Roma tomatoes. Next time, we will try fresh basil instead of dill.
