Swedish Angel Crisps
I am definitely a novice, but I'm very pleased with the results of this recipe....Now let's see what my family thinks. This is the first time I have ever baked a Christmas cookie...I used the 1/3 cup cocoa, and everything else was according to Barbara's recipe. Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night/day.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries
It was easy, even for a beginner like me. I microwave 11.5 ounces of Ghiradelli chips at 50% power, stirring every 30 seconds....It really turned out well, thanks to many of your suggestions (including making sure the berries are cold and dry before dipping them into the melted chocolate. I made them for girlfriend for V-Day, and they were definitely a hit.....

Banana Banana Bread
Believe it or not, I did this recipe with only TWO large bananas (which amounted to about one cup), and I supplemented that with 1.5 cups of applesauce, and it came out nice and moist. I brought this to the office ladies at work today, and it was well received! I also added 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg and cinamon as well. I sprinkled sliced almonds at the top right before putting the bread into the oven. I found that the 65 minutes was spot on for timing.
