Banana Banana Bread
Believe it or not, I did this recipe with only TWO large bananas (which amounted to about one cup), and I supplemented that with 1.5 cups of applesauce, and it came out nice and moist. I brought this to the office ladies at work today, and it was well received!
I also added 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg and cinamon as well. I sprinkled sliced almonds at the top right before putting the bread into the oven.
I found that the 65 minutes was spot on for timing.
