Andouille Sausage and Corn Chowder

Really too much thyme, for our taste. Next time, will only use 1/4 tsp. But I WILL make it again! Very spicy-good. Dropped corn muffin in just before serving.

Fiber One® Chocolate-Peanut Butter Haystacks

I made this treat exactly as written, and my husband really liked them. Since I don't eat sweets, that is the only recommendation that matters to me. Must admit that I "accidentally" had to taste some of the chocolate and peanut butter that got on my hand during mixing and it was yummy. This is one of the easiest recipes I have ever made, so I will very probably make it again.

Slow Cooker Chicken with Leek Soup Mix

Pretty darn good. I used fresh mushrooms, 2 oz. of cream cheese (just cause I love it) and juice from 1/2 lemon. Topped with bacon, paprika, and dried parsley.

Really enjoyed this chicken dish. Added sauteed mushrooms and decreased butter by half. Only used enough broth to barely moisten mixture, then cooked covered 15 min. and uncovered for 10.
