Just perfectly fit what I wanted! Didn't add any oil, trying to keep it as light as possible. Wonderful as is, even if I had to dip my lettuce into the dressing.

Melt-In-Your-Mouth Meat Loaf

Since I only had 1 pound of ground beef, reduced the milk to 1/2 Cup and substituted Ritz crackers, crushed, for breadcrumbs, since that's what I had. This is VERY quick to make, but looked pretty unappetizing. DH said it was REALLY good.

The Best Meatballs

Made 1/2 recipe,using all beef. Gave DH a "taster" with sauce and he said, "OH, YEAH!" Later when it was all done and served with spaghetti, I asked if these were THE BEST MEATBALLS (I haven't eaten yet). He sincerely assured me that they are. Adding to my recipe box now. Oh, did bake in the oven.

Great recipe. We both love it. Next day, cooked onion and mushrooms with wine, butter, evoo, and added. Even better. Next day served cold with fresh tomato chunks and asiago cheese.

Loved this recipe. Used 1/2 the butter with 1/2 evoo, garlic powder, no salt. I thought it was plenty salty and was concerned that dh would think it TOO salty, but he ate more than his share, and even had seconds! Thanks, KAYLEEW.

Coconut Oatmeal Cookies I

This recipe is a keeper! Reduced both sugars to 2/3 C., added 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, and upped the oats to 1 1/2 C. Watched the cookies like a hawk so they didn't burn, and it took 12 min. each time. Used mini muffin scoop to measure. They were just perfect. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe.

Orzo and Tomato Salad with Feta Cheese

fresh-tasting. Diced the olives, using 1/2 green, 1/2 black. Added 1 tsp. turbinado sugar to the 1/8 C. balsamic, 1/8 C. evoo. Doubled the tomatoes. It tastes great now, I can't wait to taste it tomorrow!
