Baking is a passion of mine... it also acts as a stress reliever for me. I also enjoy football ~ My favorite book is The Notebook by Nicholas Sparks ... The Notebook is also my favorite movie ~ My favorite television show(s) are Desperate Housewives & The Office (my guilty pleasure is Reality TV) ~ I met my husband in college (1999)(married since 2005) ~ I'm a self-proclaimed chocoholic!

Applesauce Cake I
Quick, easy and good. I thought this would be gooey in the middle... it wasn't... but it was moist. I also accidentally used nutmeg in place of cloves. This is still good and I would make it again :) Thanks!

Peanut Butter Bars I
I love the texture the graham crackers give these! I cut the recipe in half because there are just 2 of us to eat them and I LOVE peanut butter cups so I didn't want to have too many. I will try these with milk chocolate too. Definitely a recipe I will keep and make again. Thanks!
