Rempel Family Meatloaf
Definately one of the better meatloafs I have ever had. I am going to keep this one! I have been getting raved reviews on it. I am a big fan of glazing as others have said. I used Earl Campbells Special Suace. I suggest something with a little heat.

Avocado, Tomato and Mango Salsa
I really loved this recipe, i personally added black beans because i love them combined with all the other flavors. This will be one of my go to recipes in the summer!!!
