I'm a busy mom of two living in the beautiful state of Alaska. My husband is not at all a picky eater, so it's fun to try out new things without complaints from him. I love to make desserts because my husband and I both have a sweet tooth (or two or three...) and I adore soups. They're quick and easy meals in a bowl.
