Fluffy Pancakes
Awesome recipe! I used 1/2 whole wheat flour and 1/2 white flour and added a little cinnamon, a little vanilla, and fresh blueberries. You'd never have known they were wheat pancakes, because the seasoning was so good. Yum!

Baked Oatmeal II
I made this last year on Christmas morning, and the family loved it so much I'll be making it again this. Not too crunchy or too soft. We ate it with milk in the bottom of our bowls. Yum!
