About this Cook
I will be 35 on Dec 21st. Getting used to Mass area. We had our 1st snow, and I wasn't thrilled to be driving in it. UGH. Megan will be 18 months old on Dec 30th, and really loves all the Christmas lights.
My favorite things to cook
I LOVE Italian foods!! I usually make 3 cheese lasagna. I'm pretty good with Mexican. There's a Korean rest. about 20 minutes away near Devens, and I've gotten really fond of their types of food.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Turkey and stuffing, Green beans and bacon from the crock pot. Spaghetti and meatballs.
My cooking triumphs
I made the best Lasagna I have ever made in my life!!! My hubby practically ate half the dish by himself. I was really proud of myself!!
My cooking tragedies
Most recent. My husband was craving Boston Cream and I figured I could make them myself (we hadn't moved to Mass yet) I'm not sure what to call the stuff that came out of the oven......but it sure wasn't Boston cream. But now that we're in Mass, I just go to Dunkin Donuts now, lol!!!

Creamed Beef with Rice
I tried this one with regular rice, and I cut out the peppers, because my husband doesn't like them. We loved it!! The only thing I would suggest is to up the corn starch as you go, it was kinda runny at 1st, so I added slowly and it thickened right up. But we like our cream beef to be thick, so I guess its up to your preferance!!
