This is excellent, although I added rosemary to the spices. Cooking time at 375 is too short. Need to increase temp or lengthen time.

Erica's Delicious Slow Cooker Beef Roast

Great recipe! I used golden mushroom soup plus worcestershire sauce and added some beef broth. Added yukon gold potatoes and sliced mushrooms for last 45 minutes - delicious!!

I used ground turkey instead of ground beef and added some cumin to the seasonings. Excellent; and very filling. The crushed tortilla chips. grated cheese, and sour cream add to the flavor and texture.

Taco Bake II

Delicious! I followed the recipe except used a can of diced tomatoes and a can of diced chilis instead of a combined can. Also substituted Mexican blend of cheeses. Chips lose their crispiness during cooking, so broke some fresh chips over top of dish when serving
