Dee's Roast Pork for Tacos
Delicious! Tastes like a restaurant taco! So easy and good! I also wrapped mine tightly in foil as others mentioned after putting rub all over meat and left it in my fridge overnight to marinade. I stuck it in the crock pot on low for about 7 hours with the foil still on and took it out and let it rest before shredding the meat. Be careful as the juice will come out of the foil before you take it out of the crock pot, I held mine with tongs and let the juice come out into the crock pot so I could just add the meat back in after shredding with the juice. Made guacamole and also caramelized some onions and red bell peppers in a pan to serve in the corn tortilla. Thanks for an easy and delicious recipe!

Mandarin Orange Cake I
I made this cake for my dad's birthday and it was a total hit! So moist, and yummy! I did use a Duncan Hines butter recipe cake mix and used 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup applesauce instead of the 1 cup of vegetable oil. I also used the zest of an orange in the cake batter and some of the juice of that orange for an added pop of flavor. When making the topping, I mixed the pudding mix with the pineapple juice which I had strained to avoid having a lumpy topping.

Chocolate Cream Pie I
Great recipe and so delicious. I made this with 1 cup 2% milk, and 1 cup fat free half & half, used the 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate but did add an additional 1-2 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate chips to make it a bit more chcolatey. It was a total hit at the party I took it to with several asking for the recipe. Thanks so much Debbie, I will be making this for years to come! So easy!
