Chicken Honey Nut Stir Fry
I had some cut up chicken breasts marinating in Italian dressing overnight and was looking for a recipe. This was very good and easy to make. I doubled the sauce and added more veggies. I did sprinkle garlic powder & pepper and on the chicken. I didn't have peanut oil, so I mixed a little sesame oil with olive oil. I also steamed my veggies until they were tender crisp. I browned the chicken, added the sauce & cooked until it got thick, then mixed all together in a bowl. I served with brown rice. My whole family liked it and wants me to make it again. I had leftovers for lunch today and it was just as good heated over.

Hamburger, Potato, and Kidney Bean Casserole
I made this for my family last night and nobody liked it. I ended up throwing half of it away. It sounded good, but was very disappointing.

Fisherman's Quick Fish
This was really good. I marinated the fish in creamy Italian with peppercorns for about 15 minutes. I didn't have cheddar cheese, so I used mozzarella, and it worked well. I didn't measure the cheese though, so I'm sure I used more than 1/4 cup. I put the chips in a zip lock bag and rolled a glass over it & they crushed up just fine ... then when mixing the cheese, I smooshed it together. This was quick and easy. Can't wait to try it on other fish.
