Cheddar Bay Biscuits
I followed the suggestion of another reviewer and added a dash of Old Bay seasoning to the batter and 1/4 tsp to the butter mixture. I also used extra sharp white cheddar cheese. Excellent! I'd say they were even better than that seafood chain's biscuits!

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
I was a little worried about trying this, but I'm so glad I did! The roast came out perfect, we've never had an eye round roast so tender and moist!

Roasted Asparagus with Balsamic Vinegar
Excellent! This is a regular vegetable side dish in our house; we have it at least once a week! I roll the asparagus in olive oil and fresh minced garlic. Season and roast according to recipe. I take it out a few minutes before. Sprinkle with a bit of freshly grated parmesan cheese and broil for a minute or so. Wonderful!!!
