I used others people's suggestions and cut back on the amount of milk and the frosting came out perfect!!!! It's light, and airy and full of banana flavor. I am using this frosting on my banana cake recipe, I can not wait to try it on my cake.(I always make my cakes the day before and let the ingredients settle before adding my filling) This recipe is definitely a keeper. Thank you so much for sharing such an easy, great tasting recipe. My only regret is that I can not give it more stars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brie Cheese Appetizer

I am always looking for new ways to and prepare Brie Cheese( it is my absolute favorite!!!!!)I used another person suggestion in the reviews and used crescent rolls instead of the puff pastry, used apple butter for the filling and after putting egg wash on the outside I topped it with honey. THIS ONE OF THE BEST CHEESE APPETIZER RECIPES THAT I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!! I did have a little bit of leakage, but end result was still terrific. thank you so much for this recipe I will be using it time and time again!!!!!!

Brandy-Soaked Scallops

i made this yesterday for a super bowl party and they were a hit!!!!! The only thing i did differently was : I did not add the bacon, and I let the scallops sit in the marinade over night, and finally instead of baking the scallops I pan seared them in olive oil. Delicious !!!

Sweet Dinner Rolls

i had been searching for days for the perfect dinner roll recipe, and i am pleased to say that i have found it! this recipe is easy, fast and delicious. i do not have a bread machine so i followed another person suggestion with using a stand mixer. I made clover rolls and right before baking them i drizzled each with honey and butter, my family loved them. i will be using this recipe again!!!!!
