Chicken Breasts Pierre
This was delicious. I followed directions for the most part. The only changes I made was that I added 2 large fresh tomatoes and this made a HUGE difference in taste. I also added regular balsamic vinegar along with some white vinegar. I added some cayenne pepper and green onions too. IT came out very rich , and very tomatoey which I loved! Definitely a keeper and very easy to make!

Angel Hair with Feta and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Delicious! I used spaghetti instead and parsley instead of the cilantro for a more mild and fresh taste. I also used less parmesan (1/2 cup) so it wouldnt be too cheesy or salty. I added a couple mushrooms and alot of garlic. I also used sun dried tomatoes in a jar with oil in them already. Will definitely make this again, super easy and very tasty.

Simple Swiss Chard
Very quick and easy. I added 1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar and it was just right. I also added 2 big cloves of garlic, and a pinch of sugar. It was delicious just dont overcook it or it ends up mushy, about 7 mins was good.
