Coffee Marinated Steak
Very, very good. I used half this recipe for 4 steaks, and I even used half of half of the soy sauce (1/4 of the called recipe). This got mutually agreed upon by my wife and I as a marinade we will definitely have to do again. I used the extra marinade instead of A1 sauce on my steak and thought it was excellent.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs
We made this for some friends last night. This was excellent. Marinaded our veggies at the same time (onion, peppers, mushrooms, yellow squash) and add it all to the skewers then grilled on foil (which helped keep the flavor in). This will definitely be on our regular meal plan from now on.

Fish with Tahini Sauce
Not 100% disgusting, but I didn't like it at all. My wife thought this too lemony, and I thought it was too "sesame seedy". The parsley helped mellow this out. I won't be making this again.
