Love to cook and bake, read, fishing, love trying new recipes, keep a clean home, was latch key kid so have been cooking since age of 7 and am 39 now. Pasta, anything Italian, pizza, beef, chicken, everything that is comfort food basically whatever my mom passed down to me is what I love to cook which is a variety of dishes my homade lasagne, manicotti, augratin potatoes with ham, burgers that I tweak when ready for something different, creamed chipped beef on toast many things.. a homade apple pie heehee, filled it with a bunch of apple filling but have bad luck with homade crust, the crust rose about 3 inches above the apples! My crusts either turn out great or bad, no in between.
