Married 27 yrs. to a fantastic cook(thankfully). I'm just now starting to enjoy cooking again. Our sons are grown & on their own, so now I can try all sorts of dishes without tailoring to everyone's (picky) tastes! Dessserts,love to eat them,too. Casseroles & crockpot meals. Making Thanksgiving meal. I start the night before prepping. It's the one meal I can pull off totally. My mom & grandma are great cooks & I use many of their handed-down recipes. And traditionally I cook with a cocktail! I make a mean cheesecake. Grandma's chicken paprikash w/ homemade dumplings. Thanksgiving dinner. Lasagne. Thousands. I've ignited many a meal on fire. Left out key ingredients,some of which were actually in the title of the recipe(tuna noodle casserole-no tuna). Like I said, luckily I'm married to a great cook.
