Slider-Style Mini Burgers
These little burgers are addictive!! So yummy :) I made the recipe as directed and it turned out great-I did find it easier to cut the rolls when they were partially frozen. Still heated through great. Will recommend and make again!

Buffalo Chicken Dip
Very good recipe-once I experimented. i followed the advice of some other members to layer it for a nicer appearance and found it too hot that way. All you could taste was the hot sauce and heat!!! Also, I took this to a cookout and the cheese on top became hard sitting out. I ended up mixing the leftovers together and microwaving that. Much much better!! Spciy, but not over the top-the flavors had a chance to melt together making a much more palatable dip. Will make again!

Pepperoni Stuffed Mushrooms
very good recipe-wonderful flavor. I used the advice of another reviewer and sauteed the mushrooms first to remove moisture. I did not have large mushrooms, so I layered a casserole dish with smaller mushrooms and then poured the stuffing on top, sort of like a casserole. The only thing I did not like was all the grease from the pepperoni. I may try to drain it somehow before adding the crackers next time. Definitely a keeper!!
