Speedy Salmon Patties
Excellent and fast!! I added some lemon juice like some others and i think it really added a lil something. I served with rice, and green salad...very yummy!!

Chicken Tortilla Soup
I didnt have chicken stock or boullion cubes, but did have a can of cambells southwests chicken soup i used that and 3 cups of water.....it was yummy!! I added 1/2tsp salt to help falvor come out, butter VERY easy and filling!!
