About this Cook
I'm about to become a mommy to my wonderful daughter Madison.. I am a full-time nanny. I love baking as well as cooking. I love the look on people's faces when eat my food. It's like they are on cloud 9 when eating my food.
My favorite things to cook
I love baking out of everything.. My all time favorite treat to make would be my Chocolate peanut butter fudge..
My favorite family cooking traditions
That would have to be around Christmas time.. All the ladies of thefamily get together and make all the goodies for the holiday season.
My cooking triumphs
My mom usually made the fudge for christmas and I helped her every year when I was younger. When I got older, I decided to make a fudge with chocolate and peanut butter... That year we tested it out and itwas a hit at Christmas Eve.. The following year, Imade it with peanut butter chips and ever since then I have to make 6 to 7 double batches for Christmas time alone.. When ever I am invited to pot lucks and I ask "Weel what should I bring?" They always reply, Your Famous Fudge!!"

Peanut Butter Cupcakes
They were amazing.... When I made the 1st batch.. you could barely taste the peanut butter and it was a bit dry.. so in the second batch I put 1 1/2 cups of peanutt butter and 1/2 a cup of shortening

Old Fashioned Peanut Butter Cookies
I have never been a big fan of peanut butter cookies. I made these for my boyfriend and I. I ended eating up most of them. I couldn't stop eating them. They were very addicting. I did use the tip and added a 1/4 cup more of peanut butter. Inormally putt my cookies in something so not to lose the moisture but with these, there was no need. The sat out for a few days and were as moist and yummy as when i took then off thebaking sheet. Great recipe. I will be making these again.
