Jam Kolaches
Overall, a decent cookie. The dough wouldn't stay together while it baked, so I just folded them in half, perogy style. I wouldn't make these for Christmas (which was my original plan) b/c they lack the "WoW" factor I feel Christmas cookies should have. We ate them just to get rid of them.

Bird Seed Energy Bars
This is a fantastic recipe! The pieces I took to work for my snack were quickly stolen and eaten, and then I was asked by those who did the stealing for the recipe. I cut the pan into smaller squares so I can just grab a few for after the gym or whenever. I put the dry ingredients into my standing mixer bowl, then mixed the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. I added the wet to the dry, and voila, they were ready for the pan. I had no problems spreading them into the pan, I used the back of a metal spoon. I look forward to sharing this recipe with my friends! Oh! I used 1/2C apple sauce and 1/2C oil as suggested. They were nice and moist!

Fast and Easy Tofu Lo-Mein
This is a very fast and easy meal! It's tasty and easy. So far I've made it twice, once with Spicy Chicken flavour noodles and once with Vegetable flavour noodles. I tried frying the tofu in sesame oil instead of olive oil the second time and like it better. Either way, it's good and fast if you're in a bind! Thanks for the recipe!
