Maria's Stuffed Chicken Breasts
I had my first dinner party not too long ago and kinda went off this recipie. Instead of spinich, i made a batch using green pepper in the filling and a batch using brocolli. It turned out very well and everyone seemed to really like it!

Starkey's Mashed Potato Pizza
As my hubby doesn't care too much for sour cream so I used normal pizza toppings. It came out very good and i was very pleased.

Sausage Polenta Bake
This was good but I did it a lot different. I used jiffy cornbread on the bottom and used home made sauce
