Cheesy Creamed Corn
I heated this in the microwave (By the time I noticed that we blew a circuit and the pot and not heated I only had 20 minutes till serving time). Every last bit was gone quickly. Looking for something cheap (I spent $5 to make this) easy, and that everyone loves this is the best potluck recipe.

Pumpkin Chip Cookies
My husband equates these with pringles. You can't have just one. I have never had pumpkin chip cookies. They are really fun to make, and they are nice and soft. This does make a ton of dough! So plan on saving it or baking all night! I loved them, hubby loved them, son loved them...all around good!

Pepperoncini Beef
Simplicity - 5 stars - very easy to make, took me a total of 4 minutes to whip together in the crockpot before I left to go to work. Cost - 5 stars - $4 for the roast, $2 for the peppers. I had the garlic. Appearance- 5 stars Taste - 4 stars - very strong pepperoncini taste - Loved it. I put on kaiser rolls with swiss cheese and broiled. I did not need any condiments - no mayo, no horseradish, no salt, pepper, nothing. Next time I will try provelone. I liked this a lot ( I had seconds), my husband liked it a little (no seconds for him) and my kiddo wouldn't try it. But he is picky!
