Rosemary Roasted Turkey
OMG!!! Not my first turkey but absolutely my best, most flavorful, moist turkey ever. Reading the reviews first were great. 1) buy a small bottle of olive oil take off the spout and add springs of fresh herbs. I used rosemary, thyme, sage leaves and one clove of garlic sliced. Return spout to bottle and refrigerate a few days prior to making turkey. Note: use whatever herbs you like. 2) took the advice to use carrots and leeks to roast the turkey on. Great tasting will try in gravy but didn't this time. 3) Roasted breast side down first for an hour, then turned turkey breast side up to complete last two hours. 4) Use a foil tent over turkey. 5) stuff cavity with more fresh herbs, an onion wedge, a sliced clove of garlic and rind of a juiced lemon, and splash in some of your flavored oil. WOW! The compliments kept coming.

Indonesian Satay
Excellent. I used my George Forman grill cooked in 5 minutes. Tender, juicy chicken. Recipe makes you look like a master chef. My man was very pleased. I prefer Olive oil to vegetable oil and brown sugar to white sugar. I also increased the soy sauce in the peanut sauce to decrease the peanut butter flavor. I might toy with using half the peanut butter next time but dinner was a big hit! If you are looking for another variation to the 365 days of chicken this is it!

Banana Crumb Muffins
Got rave reviews from my man for these muffins. Read the reviews and added 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 teaspoon cinnamon to the banana mixture. I use brown sugar instead of white and last time I experimented with 100% pure maple syrup instead of sugar. Each time they come out great. Getting healthier each time I make them. Try the 1/2 cup whole wheat flour substitution and 1/2 oil 1/2 butter. Happy, Healthy, Yummy eating.
