Oregon Salmon Patties

Spinach Bacon Quiche

followed sugestions and used less milk and more egg. Family loved it added lots of bacon bits and a little garlic powder; also added smoked paperika gave it a great taste.

Grilled Halibut with Cilantro Garlic Butter

Made a cilantro lime butter to put on top so you could add a little or a lot. Seasoned fish with a little Johnny's seafood seasoning. Ate it next day for lunch it was good!

Venison Tequila Chili

Husband and daughter loved this recipe! Didn't have any tequila on hand so I put a splash of whiskey in. They said the flavor was great.

Cut some venison round steak and used that. Family raved about how it was the best stew ever!! DH ate 3 helpings and the teen who only tolerates my cooking ate 2 helpings. Will definately make again. Be sure that you have a LARGE crock pot or it will not fit.
