Maine Venison Stew

Cut some venison round steak and used that. Family raved about how it was the best stew ever!! DH ate 3 helpings and the teen who only tolerates my cooking ate 2 helpings. Will definately make again. Be sure that you have a LARGE crock pot or it will not fit.

Marinade for Chicken

I added minced garlic and some onion powder. Marinated a whole chicken for 2 hours and cooked on the rotisserie it was tender and juicy.

Spaghetti With Marinara Sauce

This was a hit with the family. Did make a few changes: chopped onions sauteed til clear, fresh garlic, no capers and added raw extra lean ground beef to the simmering sauce to make it thicker and meaty;be sure to simmer sauce so the meat will cook through.
