Adrienne's Cucumber Salad
Excellent easy recipe. Made the second time with Red Wine vinegar and went light on the onions. The family liked it much better that way.

Thai Sweet Sticky Rice With Mango (Khao Neeo Mamuang)
Good but when I make it again, I will try reducing the sugar by about 1/4 of a cup. The family indicated that it was a bit too sweet.

Chop Suey
Excellent and a hit with the kids. I followed the suggestions to use chicken broth instead of water and to double the recipe. It was a good recipe to cook with my 10yr old son and have him do most of the prep & cooking.
