I rate this recipe the absolute best! This is my husbands’ favorite dish; I bake it in the oven with all the Italian dressing at 375-400 F and the time varies depending how thick I stuff the chicken. I mix cheddar with the cream cheese like the others suggest and depending on how big and thick your peppers are, the time will take longer with thicker or bigger peppers. Avg,. Time cooking I would say 1 hour.

Szechwan Shrimp

I usually don’t like shrimp but this recipe was the best! I did not follow that advice from the others and did not cut back the red peppers, my kids could not eat it and my husband and I were breathing fire! Next time I will for sure cut back on how much I put in.

Italian Dressing Mix

Thank you for the best recipe! My husband a little suspicious at time of what I put together, took the store bought Italian seasoning and smelled the two and he said the stuff that I made had a more rich aroma, he now requests that I make the seasoning instead of buying it.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Simply the best hands down. I have used powdered and fresh garlic. Fresh garlic added so much more to the taste.

Screaming Potatoes

These potatoes are the best; I did not have a tight fitting lid, so I dissolved salt in water and added more as it evaporated. They turned out wonderful!

Savory Stuffed Chicken Breast with Plum Glaze

This recipe is amazing. plan and simple. I did not have any cellery, so I chopped up a little green bell pepper and it turned out wonderfully. I added a clove of fresh garlic, and one thing that I did do is i doubled the glaze. It made a wonderful sauce to have the chicken in and it made the chicken so moist. I will make this recipe again.

Garlic Cheese Chicken Rollups

i have been looking for more ways to cook the same boring chicken that we always end up eating, and this one did the trick. my husband loved this recipe. i used the garlic cream cheese and it was wonderful. even if you dont like cream cheese i would reccomend trying it, my husband does not like cream cheese. i told him it was a "cheese spread" after he demended to know what was in the middle of the chicken, and he still does not know that it was cream cheese.

Bacon and Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms

i fixed this recipe for super bowel while my husband made home made pizzas. every one loved what i made over the pizzas. I will make this again and I would reccomend this to every one. one thing that i did to make it perfection is i covered the mushrooms with foil after the time it tells you to cook them and cooked them for about 15 min longer. that way the mushrooms were fully cooked.
