Jalapeno Chicken II
I rate this recipe the absolute best! This is my husbands’ favorite dish; I bake it in the oven with all the Italian dressing at 375-400 F and the time varies depending how thick I stuff the chicken. I mix cheddar with the cream cheese like the others suggest and depending on how big and thick your peppers are, the time will take longer with thicker or bigger peppers. Avg,. Time cooking I would say 1 hour.

Szechwan Shrimp
I usually don’t like shrimp but this recipe was the best! I did not follow that advice from the others and did not cut back the red peppers, my kids could not eat it and my husband and I were breathing fire! Next time I will for sure cut back on how much I put in.

Italian Dressing Mix
Thank you for the best recipe! My husband a little suspicious at time of what I put together, took the store bought Italian seasoning and smelled the two and he said the stuff that I made had a more rich aroma, he now requests that I make the seasoning instead of buying it.
