Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2009
Just sampled the bread I took out of the oven about 30 minutes ago and WOW!!! it was so darn good. I wish I made more. I like mine with nuts so next time I will make sure to add them, but this was great. I did add a capful of vanilla and a dash of cinnamon. Perfection...

This was sooooo good and gooey. I did rinse the artichokes before cutting them. Used only 1 cream cheese, added 1 cup shredded jack cheese, added 1/3 cup sour cream, and about 4 tsp hot sauce. It was gone minutes after I served it.

Baked 2o minutes at 400 turning half way before added sauce. Then finished at 350 til cooked. When done I broiled for a few minutes after adding a little more sauce just to crisp up the glaze a bit. Seasoned the meat with garlic and onion powder before baking.

Famous Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2008
Loved it. I used thin cut chops, and Keebler Townhouse Crackers. I didnt have a way to print so I winged it. I mixed in equal parts onion and garlic powder with the crackers. I also added salt and pepper to the top. One egg was used since they were thin cut and I only had 4 chops. I baked them covered at 375 for about 10 minutes then at 400 for about 30 minutes. Delicious and crunchy.
